Cambridge is the best! I am so glad this was my choice 16 years ago. Everyone is so friendly. They wave when they see me. I wave back. If I need something, someone is there that day. The property is well taken care of. The lawns are mowed. Windows are washed. The roads are resurfaced when needed, and stairs repaired. This is a wonderful place to live.

The Quarters at Cambridge has everything you could want in a residential community!!
I’m in my 2nd year and love living here. It’s a mixed community with friendly people of all ages. Having lived in a house for many years it’s been wonderful to now have excellent maintenance service, meaning I am free to use my time in other ways. Their crew provides lawn care and snow removal leaving me free to do other things. And the same is true if something doesn’t work in our apartment or town home. They are dependable and respond quickly to resolve the problem.
Everyone is friendly and thinks about others. Neighbors help neighbors. Staff become friends and often surprise the residents with small perks. If you have a sweet tooth, stop by the community building for a freshly baked cookie in the morning! The community room also hosts a wonderful summer BBQ meal and in December a memorable Christmas meal and gathering for all the residents.
So stop by and check out the Quarters at Cambridge sometime!

A note of gratitude to the Quarters at Cambridge. It is such a nice place to call home. The staff is wonderful and so is the maintenance crew. Everything is always neat and clean. Beautiful shrubs and trees. If you are looking for a special place to call home, come and check this out.

We are recent residents to Quarters and love it. The staff is professional and friendly. We love the quiet and community feel of the property. As new residents, we have had the prompt service of the maintenance staff which made the move in a piece of cake. It is everything we thought it would be and more. We are so happy to be here and look forward to living here for a long time. Highly recommend Quarters of Cambridge!

I live at Quarters at Cambridge on East 21st St. and I have lived here over 9 years. We are close to many amenities. The office staff and maintenance here at Cambridge are very caring and helpful. There is beautiful shrubbery and trees. It is just a wonderful place to live. If you are looking for a special home, you need to come and check Quarters out.

When looking for an apartment to be our home, we first visited Quarters at Cambridge. We looked no further. Now having lived here for years, we have experienced kind, considerate, helpful, skilled, efficient, and generous office and maintenance staff. The residents are friendly and courteous. Each year has many occasions for fellowship among the residents. We also receive special gifts, like potted flowers in the spring, free pizzas on occasion, free breakfasts occasionally for residents to take with them as they leave in the morning for work, a gift of a BBQ meal, and holiday gatherings. The community center has an exercise room so that we can keep our physical bodies in good health. And everyone is respectful of the religious beliefs of others. For anyone, or any couple, or any family looking for a loving community, Quarters at Cambridge is the place to live.

I can’t stop smiling! Everything at Quarters at Cambridge has exceeded my expectations. The apartment is spotless, spacious, quiet and updated. The grounds are well maintained and there are trees in abundance. The staff made me feel at home right away, and maintenance crew is fast, skilled and friendly. The location feels secluded, yet is close to everything that makes the east side of Wichita wonderful.
