I submitted a service request on a Saturday about my A/C not cooling properly, which would not have been received until Monday morning. Later, I called the emergency line, as I had company in town. Maintenance was great in responding immediately and also called a little later with the status of when maintenance would be available to take a look. When we returned later in the afternoon, it was fixed!
Just saying thank you for your great staff and immediate response to issues!
