5/2/2022 I love living at The Quarters! After taking a brief tour in the summer of 2020, I drove away knowing that this is where I wanted to live! After being here nearly a year, my feelings have only grown stronger. The management staff / maintenance personnel genuinely care about the people calling The Quarters home. The response time to a maintenance service issue is very quick. The little surprises throughout the year (gift card/birthday card, March Madness pizza, geraniums, breakfast at the gate, etc.) just add to the ambience – and make my apartment-living friends jealous! My neighbors are all friendly and pleasant! On a recent Sunday afternoon, what would have been a 15-minute walk turned into one that lasted well over an hour as I got to talk with other residents outside enjoying the weather! For me, this is a great place to live as an active retiree!
